Accutronics now stock the NI2020M422 which is a direct replacement for the original 101553 battery used in the Nera World Communicator device. The World Communicator is used extensively by journalists and relief agencies worldwide when reliable satcoms are required.

 

 

The NI2020M422 utilises high energy Lithium Ion technology for long runtime and a columb counting fuel gauge for accurate runtime prediction. The NI2020M422 was originally developed for Nera in Norway and the battery contains special programming that ensures perfect compatibility with the World Communicator device.
